Listings are provided by agents and partners, including Aventus Realty Marbella, and are believed accurate at the time of publishing. Prices, availability and details are subject to change without notice and should be independently verified before you make any offer or financial commitment.
When you match with a listing, your contact details are shared with the relevant agent or owner so they can respond to your interest. Any subsequent conversation, viewing, offer or contract is between you and that agent or owner — Property‑Match.es is not a party to the transaction.
Nothing in the app, including the buying guide, constitutes financial, legal or tax advice. Always confirm costs, taxes and legal requirements with a qualified, independent professional before proceeding with a purchase.
The app's design, text and branding belong to Property‑Match.es or its licensors. Listing photos and guide content belong to the respective agents and publishers and are used with their permission.
Property‑Match.es is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from inaccuracies in listings, delays in agent responses, or decisions made based on content in the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
